The Hoole Lane development is progressing well, with the first block nearing completion, but awaiting turf and landscaping. The development is moving at speed: ‘Hoole Lane is progressing well,’ says TAC director Dave Griffiths, ‘and should be complete approximately three months early.’ The site at Banks in West Lancashire is being developed into 29 houses for One Vision Housing – five three-bedroom houses for shared ownership, and a further 24 one bedroom apartments and two-bedroom houses that will be available for affordable rent.

In nearby Southport, Windsor Road – the site of the former London Hotel – has seen the foundations and pilings completed. Contractor Harbur Construction is building 19 new homes on the site for One Vision; the project is due to finish in August 2017, but is ahead of progress.
Our development for Chorley Community Housing – part of the Adactus Group – at Folkestone Road in Southport is also on site and on target. The development includes 16 new properties: nine flats, five houses and two bungalows.
Work is also well underway on TAC developments at Cassino Road in Huyton and the former Notre Dame school in North Liverpool, where contractors are on site.
