The ten two-bed properties will all be available at affordable rents, in this leafy part of Huyton.

Construction works on site are being carried out by TAC’s new construction partner, AGB Projects Ltd.
In Southport, the site at Windsor Road will see its first two properties handed over in the first week in December, with the remaining 17 to follow in January. The site of the former London Hotel houses will provide 19 new homes for One Vision, which will be a mixture of shared-ownership and affordable rent units. TAC’s new development partner, AGB, took on the role of lead contractor on site.
Also in Southport, Folkestone Road (pictured above) is on course for completion in spring 2018, with external works and internal fit out on site at the moment.
