Our first development with One Vision Housing, at Lime Grove in Seaforth, welcomed its first residents at the end of last year. The 14 new homes on the site are one bedroom apartments and two bedroom homes, aimed at individuals, couples and small families. Parking for tenants is available on site and each home is equipped with central heating, double glazing, and roomy bathrooms with a bath and electric shower. Each house and ground floor apartment also has a private garden.
One Vision Housing project manager, Amanda Hewitt, said: ‘This development has been created to match the local housing need, as there’s significant demand for quality one bedroom properties and smaller family homes. We hope that the delivery of these new homes will make a significant impact on the local housing shortages and on the regeneration of Sefton.’
TAC director Bill Addy added: ‘We’re delighted to have finished our first scheme – and the first of several we are working on currently with One Vision Housing. They’re committed to building hundreds of new homes across the region over the next five years, providing quality property for both rent and sale. We’re very pleased to have been able to bring this site back into good use, and see families move in to good-quality homes in an area of high demand.’
One Vision is letting the properties, which are all available at affordable rents, through the local choice-cased lettings scheme, Property Pool Plus.
