TAC is delighted to announce our first project with two new clients over at Runcorn’s Halton Court: Onward and Magenta. The multi-agency site will house 121 homes for the two housing associations, for both affordable rent, and shared ownership. Planning permission was granted in early August, with construction due to start on site before Christmas. Of the total, 71 homes will be built for Magenta, with the rest for Onward.
Over at Hoole Lane, landscaping works have been delayed by the summer’s unexpectedly hot weather, and they should now be completed in September.
At our Folkestone Road development for Chorley Community Housing in Southport (main image, and left), seven of the homes – two houses and five bungalows – were handed over by the end of March, and the final nine flats were handed over in May.
At Notre Dame in North Liverpool, our development for Liverpool Mutual Homes has really changed the landscape on this key thoroughfare into the city. Three storey houses now line the route along Everton Valley; the first 11 houses are due to be handed over later this month, with a further eight early in September.
Our exciting new city living scheme in the Baltic Triangle has moved to pre-application meetings with the city’s planners, with a planning application due later this year. The development, which will be completed as a joint venture, will see 300 flats built for private rent.
